2. Account Registration and Status
2.1 Age Requirement
Players must be 21+ to use the jdbam platform. Anyone under 21 is blocked from access. If a player is found to have opened an account with a false age, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining funds may be frozen pending review.
2.2 One Account Per Person Policy
Each player may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or exploit the system is not allowed. If this is discovered, the original bonus and any related funds will be cancelled.
2.3 Accurate Information
The name, phone number, and name used for money transfers must all match when registering an account. Accounts opened with incorrect information may experience delays in withdrawal processing and may ultimately be unable to withdraw.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
jdbam accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. Deposits can only be made through these methods.
- Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (same for all methods)
- After depositing, funds will be credited to your account immediately
- Players must deposit from their own account. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals must meet the following conditions—
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time — completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals will only be transferred to a payment account registered in your own name
- If a bonus is active, the bonus wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be processed
3.3 Financial Verification
For large withdrawals or when anti-money laundering checks are required, jdbam may request supporting documents. Submitting a copy of your ID card or payment proof will speed up the verification process.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 First Deposit Bonus
Every new account making a first deposit at jdbam can receive a 120% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get an extra 24,000 Ks bonus, bringing your balance to 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement for that 24,000 Ks bonus is 24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
If you deposit 340,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 540,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 200,000 × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. You can check your wagering progress in your account. If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled and only your original deposit amount will be returned.
4.3 General Promotions

5. VIP Levels and Cashback
The jdbam VIP program has five levels that players can progress through based on their playing frequency and consistency—
- Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
- Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

6. Player Conduct and Fair Play
6.1 Prohibited Fraudulent Activity
The following violations are strictly prohibited—
- Using software bots to play
- Using tools to predict game outcomes in advance
- Colluding with other players to claim bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
- Arbitrage betting on specific games
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities
If any of these violations are detected, jdbam may immediately suspend the account and freeze any remaining balance.
6.2 Communication Standards
When contacting jdbam's 24/7 Live Chat support or staff, respectful language must be used. Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate language may result in the service being suspended and, if necessary, the account being closed.
7. Final Decisions
7.1 Technical Issues
If a game result cannot be determined due to a server error, network disconnection, or software fault during play, jdbam will review the game records and resolve the matter fairly. The server log is the final version of record, and screenshots submitted by the player cannot be used to dispute the outcome.
7.2 Jackpot
For jackpot games, the result recorded on the server is the final decision. jdbam reserves the right to correct any incorrect amounts caused by technical errors after reviewing the server logs.
8. Security and Privacy
8.1 SSL Security
jdbam protects players' personal information and financial data using SSL encryption. However, players are responsible for keeping their own account credentials and password secure and must not share them with any third party.
